摘要
基于演化博弈模型,通过提取潜藏在多方参与主体背后、影响中方投资者与欧方东道国决策动机及相应政策选择的因素,并将其区分为收益因素和成本因素两大部分来分析中方与欧方投资博弈中东道国最优策略选择,在此基础上从投资的前中后三个阶段针对不同因素为中方投资者提供相应政策参考,以减少投资过程中不确定性风险及不必要损失。除此以外,根据模型结论,通过加深中欧国际关系来扩大博弈过程中于己有利影响因素的影响因子也能在一定程度上促进欧方东道国接受中方投资,推动国际投资合作成立。
Based on the evolutionary game model,this paper analyzes the optimal strategy choice of the host country in the Sino European investment game by extracting the factors hidden behind the multi-party participants and influencing the decision-making motivation and corresponding policy choices of Chinese investors and European host countries,and divides them into two parts:income factor and cost factor.The factors provide policy reference for Chinese investors to reduce the uncertainty risk and unnecessary loss in the process of investment.In addition,according to the conclusion of the model,by deepening the international relations between China and Europe,to expand the influence factors of favorable factors in the game process can also promote the European host country to accept Chinese investment and promote the establishment of international investment cooperation.
