摘要
以碱矿渣胶凝材料为研究对象,对其物理力学性质展开系统的试验研究,以期开发出一种新型的可满足海底管道配重层补口要求的胶凝材料。研究表明:第一,当采用模数为1.0的液体钠水玻璃作为碱激发剂,矿渣内掺调凝剂PbO 0.5%~10%(质量分数)时,碱矿渣胶凝材料抗压强度保持基本不下降(约90 MPa),而碱矿渣胶凝材料在室温为5~8℃的环境下,终凝时间由30 min延长至6 h;若矿渣内掺调凝剂PbO 10%~24%,则终凝时间可延长至8 h,但抗压强度下降至约70 MPa。第二,当采用工业液体NaOH为碱激发剂,矿渣内掺调凝剂PbO 0.5%~10%时,碱矿渣胶凝材料的抗压强度由约65 MPa略下降至约50 MPa,而终凝时间在室温10℃的情况下,由3 h延长至28 h。第三,调凝剂PbO与Ca(OH)2的混合物不具有胶凝性。第四,应用碱矿渣胶凝材料进行海底管道配重层补口是可能的。
Taking alkali activated pulverized blast-furnace slag cement as the research object,the physical and mechanical properties of this cement are systematically studied in order to develop a new cementitious material which can meet the requirements of subsea pipeline concrete counterweight layer patching.The results show that:firstly,when liquid sodium silicate with modulus of 1.0 is used as alkali activator and setting time regulator PbO of 0.5 wt.%~10 wt.%is added into slag,the compressive strength of alkali activated pulverized blast-furnace slag cement keeps basically unchanged(about 90 MPa),while the final setting time of this cement increases from 30 min to 6 h at room temperature of 5~8℃;if the slag is mixed with PbO of 10 wt.%~24 wt.%,the final setting time can be extended to 8 h,but the compressive strength can be reduced to about 70 MPa;secondly,when industrial liquid NaOH is used as alkali activator and PbO of 0.5 wt.%~10 wt.%is added into slag,the compressive strength of this cement decreases slightly from about 65 MPa to about 50 MPa,and the final setting time increases from 3 h to 28 h at room temperature of 10℃;thirdly,the mixture of PbO and Ca(OH)2 has no gelling property;fourthly,it is possible to apply alkali activated pulverized blast-furnace slag cement for concrete counterweight layer patching of submarine pipeline.
