摘要
目的:探讨赤凤迎源针法对青年痛风性关节炎的治疗效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年3月本院收治的40例青年痛风性关节炎患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组20例。对照组行常规药物(秋水仙碱)治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合赤凤迎源针法治疗。比较两组治疗效果、干预前后血尿酸、血肌酐、症状体征积分及血清炎症因子水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组血尿酸、血肌酐及症状体征积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组IL-1、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、IL-6、IL-8及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:赤凤迎源针法可改善青年痛风性关节炎患者机体内炎症反应,发挥抗炎消肿作用,缓解患者机体疼痛,干预效果较为理想。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture on gouty arthritis in youth.Method:A total of 40 young patients with gouty arthritis admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,20 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs(Colchicine),and the study group was treated with Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,serum uric acid,serum creatinine,score of symptoms and sign and serum inflammatory factors levels before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the serum uric acid,serum creatinine,and score of symptoms and signs in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,IL-1,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),IL-6,IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture can improve the inflammatory response in the body of young patients with gouty arthritis,play an anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling role,relieve the pain in the body of patients,the effect of intervention is relatively ideal.
