摘要
医学研究生的培养是医生职业培养教育生涯中的一个重要环节。随着线上教学和智慧教学的发展,探索以雨课堂为平台的智慧教学,并将其与传统教学进行有机结合,从而改进教学方法,是目前教学改革的重点和热点。在对中医骨伤科研究生临床综合技能的考核评测方法过程中,如何减少考评教师的主观差异,设计一套具有较强真实性、客观性、可重复性的评测系统至关重要。客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)是一种形式新颖、分站式、考核单元多元化的考试,同以往传统的纸笔考核方式相比,具有明显的优势。将雨课堂智慧课堂模式与OSCE考核模式进行有机结合,有利于中医骨伤科专业人才的培养,这对于推进中医骨伤科学科的发展有着重要意义。
Medical postgraduate education is an important part of the professional career of doctors.With the development of online teaching and smart teaching,exploring the smart teaching based on the rain classroom as a platform,combining it with traditional teaching organically,and improving teaching methods are the current focus and hotspots of teaching reform.In the process of assessing the comprehensive clinical skills of postgraduates of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics,how to reduce the subjective differences of assessment teachers,it is important to design a realistic,objective,and repeatable assessment system.The objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)is a novel,sub-station,and diversified assessment unit test.Compared with the traditional paper and pen assessment methods,it has obvious advantages.The organic combination of the rain classroom wisdom classroom model and the OSCE assessment model will be conducive to the training of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics professionals,which is of great significance for promoting the development of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics.
