摘要
1927-1937年间,受外在社会力量和童工自身"积极"参与的双重影响,上海童工群体的数量迅速增加。通过对上海工厂童工所处环境及其自身状况的分析,发现工厂童工积极参与的背后是个体迫于现实与生计的无奈选择。童工问题主要表现为其身心健康受到危害,社会化发展畸形以及基本的发展支持匮乏等方面。童工陷入"及时糊口"与后续发展乏力的矛盾困境中,这必然给自身及社会的发展埋下隐患。这一转型时期的童工问题也给我们关注当下的儿童成长和教育问题提供一定的启示。
Influenced by the external social forces and the“active”participation of child,child labors increased in Shanghai between 1927 and 1937.Based on the analysis of the environment of the child labor in the factories,we find that the active participation of the child labor in the factory is actually the helpless choice of individual life forced by the livelihood.The problem of child labor is mainly manifested in the endangered physical and mental health of children,social deformities,and lack of basic development support.Child labor is caught in the dilemma of“living in time”and weak subsequent development,which will inevitably lay a hidden danger to the development of itself and society.The issue of child labor in this transitional period also provides enlightenment for us to focus on the current child growth and education issues.
