摘要
童工劳动问题是国际学术界普遍关注的问题,国内学界对其进行学术探讨大约始于20世纪初,研究内容涉及国内外童工劳动的特点、产生的原因以及解决办法等,学术界对国内外童工劳动的研究,可以明显看到时代及其语境变化的影响。虽然国内学术界对童工劳动问题的研究取得了一定的成绩,但也存在着研究方法和研究成果呈现形式相对单一等不足。回顾国内童工劳动研究的历史,有助于我们加深对解决童工劳动问题的理解和认识,进而有利于寻找更有效保护儿童的办法。
The problem of child labor is a common concern of the international academic circles. Chinese academia began to discuss child labor at the beginning of the twentieth century,and their research involved the characteristics,causes and solutions of child labor at home and abroad. It can be seen clearly from the academic research on domestic and foreign child labor that the times and its contextual change have a great influence. Although the domestic academia has made some achievements in the research on child labor,there exist some deficiencies in the research methods and the comparatively monotonous presentation form of research results. Therefore,looking back on the history of research on child labor could improve our understanding and recognition of solutions to child labor issues and then help to find a more effective way to protect children.
