摘要
介绍了FANUC 0i-F伺服系统的硬件组成,阐述了FANUC 0i-F伺服控制原理,重点分析了FANUC 0i-F系统伺服上电过程。在此基础上,又进一步研究了伺服无法上电的原因,并总结出伺服上电故障的诊断与排除流程。通过3个维修案例的实践运用,证明了该流程的有效性。
The hardware components of FANUC 0i-F servo system is introduced,and the principle of servo control of FANUC 0i-F is stated.The power-on process of FANUC 0i-F servo system is analyzed,and the reason of not power-on of servo system is further studied on the basis of that,and then the diagnosis and shooting process of the trouble of servo system power-on is summarized.Through the practical application of 3 cases,the validity of this process is certified.
