摘要
研究了FANUCβi系列伺服驱动器硬件连接方法,重点分析了伺服驱动器上电的过程。依据伺服上电过程,介绍了伺服驱动器上电常见故障,并制定了故障排除的流程。最后,列举了FANUCβi系列伺服驱动器常见故障报警及排除方法。
The hardware connection method of FANUCβi series servo driver is studied,and the power-on process of servo driver is analyzed.According to the power-on process of servo driver,the common faults of power-on of servo driver are introduced,and the troubleshooting process is worked out.Finally,the common fault alarm and troubleshooting methods of FANUCβi servo driver are listed.
