摘要
银屑病是一种慢性反复性红斑鳞屑性皮肤病,近年来中药药浴联合中药口服、中药外用、针灸治疗、化学药物口服、化学药物外用、紫外线治疗及综合序贯疗法均取得了一定的临床疗效。本文对近10年国内外中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病的进展进行综述。
Psoriasis is a chronic,relapsing,inflammatory skin disorder that is characterized by scaling and erythematous plaques.In recent years,Traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with oral or topical traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture treatment,oral or topical Western medicine,phototherapy(ultraviolet treatment)and comprehensive sequential therapy have achieved clinical efficacy.This article reviewed the progress of traditional Chinese medicine bath therapy in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in the past 10 years.
