窄谱中波紫外线照射联合中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察与护理 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察窄谱中波紫外线照射联合中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析575例寻常型银屑病患者的临床资料。治疗组:采用中药药浴l次/天,NB-UVB隔日照射1次;对照1组:采用NB-UVB隔日照射1次;对照2组:采用中药药浴l次/天。三组均外用复方松馏油封包,1次/天,2周为1个疗程,2个疗程结束后判断疗效。结果:治疗组疗效为6.53%,对照1组疗效为61.58%,对照2组疗效为76.04%,对照1组有23例出现红斑、瘙痒等不良反应,治疗组有10例出现不良反应,对照2组无不良反应,疗效和不良反应差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗组与对照1组复发率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<O.05)。结论:窄谱中波紫外线照射联合中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病疗效好,能有效降低NB-UVB治疗的不良反应,提高寻常性银屑病的有效率,患者依从性好。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of NB-UVB combined with traditional Chinese medical herbs bath in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 575 psoriasis vulgaris subjects were included in this study. Case group was treated with NB-UVB,combined with traditional Chinese medical herbs bath. Control group I was treated with NB-UVB only,and control group II was treated with Chinese medical herbs bath only. All subjects were treated with compound pine tar ointment at the same time. Results The effective rates in the treatment group and the control groups were 86.53%, 61.58% and 76.04% respectively. Both the effects and side effects were distinct difference between the treatment group and control groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The treatment of narrowband UVB combined with traditional Chinese medical herbs bath in psoriasis was superior to the use of NB-LIVB or traditional Chinese medical herbs bath, can rapidly reducing the side effects.
