摘要
通过查阅《伤寒论》历代注释专著,汇总古今诸家对于《伤寒论》第七条中"阴""阳"及"六""七"之数的论述,尝试以《黄帝内经》《金匮要略》及后世著作为立足点,借鉴子午流注相关理论基础,提出"发于阳",为邪气自外而来,发病以六经传变为主,"七日愈"为六经传遍一周所需时间;"发于阴",为邪气自内而起,发病以五行生克制化为主,"六日愈"为五行亢害承制所需时间。并以此为依据,揣度圣人立论依据和欲阐释内容。
By reviewing the monographs of The Treatise on Febrile Diseases,summarizing the ancient and modern books on "Yin","Yang" and "Six" and "Seven" in the seventh article of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,trying to take the Yellow Emperor′s Canon and Golden Chambers and later works as the foothold,draws on the relevant theoretical basis of the meridian stream,and puts forward "onset from Yang" means the evils come from the outside and the disease is mainly caused by transportation of six meridians."Healing after seven days" is the time required for the six meridians transportation."Onset from Yin" meant evils start from the inside and the disease is dominated by the abnormal relationship of five elements,and "healing after six days" is the time required for the harmful hyperactivity and responding inhibition of five elements.Based on this,the sage′s argument and the content were interpreted.
