摘要
浮脉是太阳表证之主脉,一般主表证。但在《伤寒论》里却不尽然,浮脉还可主阳、主温热,主水热互结之蓄水证,主结胸病、脏结病,主少阳病,主病在上焦,主痞证等,只有做到脉证合参,才能准确辨证,使投方用药有的放矢。
The floating pulse, the main pulse of the greater yang exterior syndrome, usually dominates the exterior syndrome. However, in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases, the floating pulse may＂ also control the yang syndrome, the warm syndrome, the water-retention syndrome with heat and water inter-mingled, the chest bind disease, visceral bind disease, the lesser yang dis- ease, the disease in the upper energizers and the stuffiness syndrome. Only the correlation of pulse and syndrome can accurately differentiate the syndrome and make the targeted prescriptions.
