化学镀镍316不锈钢激光焊接裂纹研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过调整镀液中磷酸钠的质量浓度,在316不锈钢表面化学镀得到P质量分数分别为1.2%、2.3%和3.4%的镍镀层。对镀镍316不锈钢进行激光焊接实验,得到较佳的工艺参数为:激光功率50 W,脉冲宽度60 ns,焊接速率200 mm/s。当镀层中磷的质量分数为1.2%时,焊缝中无裂纹,剪切强度为242 MPa。随镀层中磷质量分数的增大,焊缝中的裂纹增多,焊缝的剪切强度逐渐降低。 Nickel coatings with 1.2wt.%,2.3wt.%,and 3.4wt.%of phosphorus were electrolessly plated on 316 stainless steel by adjusting the mass concentration of sodium phosphate in electrolyte.The experiments of laser welding nickel-plated stainless steel were conducted,and the process parameters were optimized as follows:laser power 50 W,pulse duration 60 ns,and welding rate 200 mm/s.There was no crack in weld seam when there 1.2wt.%of phosphorus in the nickel coating,and the shear strength of weld seam was 242 MPa.With the increasing of the mass fraction of phosphorus in nickel coating,cracks in weld seam were increased,and the shear strength of weld seam was decreased gradually.
