摘要 电加热管是电热水器的核心部件,作用是加热水,工作过程中承受水质、水压、高温的影响,工作环境复杂,各种腐蚀介质和促进条件一应俱全,所以腐蚀是目前影响电加热管可靠性的最主要原因,困扰行业多年。本文通过分析大量实际使用过程中产生的失效电加热管,通过分类,结合腐蚀理论、材料知识、试验模拟、加速寿命仿真测试等,对电热水器的电加热管腐蚀做了系统的分析,对影响电加热管的腐蚀形态提出了明确的观点,给出了证据支撑,提出了延缓腐蚀的建议。 The heating element e is a core component of the water heater,which is to heat the water,the work process should withstand effects of water quality,water pressure,high temperature,the working environment is complex,a variety of corrosive media and promote conditions are readily available,so the corrosion problem is the most important reason which affects the reliability of electric heating pipe,and plagued the industry for many years.This paper analyzes a large number of failure electric heating pipe during the process of generating heating in the actual use,through classification and combined corrosion theory,materials knowledge,simulation testing,accelerated life simulation testing,and so on.Systematic analysis the electric heating pipe corrosion of electric water heater and made a clear point of view on the impact of electric heating pipe corrosion morphology based on the evidence and give the proposal to put forward retard corrosion.
