摘要
目的探究针刺推拿对老年腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能及疼痛介质的影响。方法选取2018年3月—2019年6月收治的该疾病患者120例,随机分为2组,每组60例。对照组采用腰椎牵引治疗,而治疗组采用针刺推拿治疗。治疗后2组临床疗效比较,治疗前后VAS、JOA评分及血清TGF-β1、PGE2、IL-6水平变化。结果治疗后治疗组临床总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组80.00%;治疗后2组JOA评分水平均高于治疗前,且治疗组比对照组高,治疗后2组患者VAS评分及血清TGF-β1、PGE2、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组比对照组低(均P<0.05)。结论针刺推拿治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症患者可有效缓解临床症状,改善腰椎功能,减轻患者疼痛程度,且疗效确切。
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and massage combined with lumbar traction on the lumbar function and pain mediators in elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group,with 60 cases in each group,according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with lumbar traction,while the study group was combined with acupuncture and massage on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,and changes of VAS,JOA score and serum TGF-β1,PGE2,IL-6 levels before and after treatment was compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate in the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group.Compared with before treatment,the JOA scores of the two groups increased after treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group.After treatment,the VAS scores and serum TGF-β1,PGE2,IL-6 levels of the two groups decreased,and those of the study group was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and massage combined with lumbar traction in the treatment of elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the lumbar function,reduce the pain of the patients,and have a definite effect.
