基于云平台计算大脑镰旁病变的手术定位研究

摘要 目的研究将患者CT或MRI的DCM文件数据通过开发的软件处理,为大脑镰旁病变提供头皮投影定位的数据,准确定位手术切口。方法该软件系统基于云平台部署,在浏览器内使用,对上传的患者头颅CT或MRI检查数据进行3D建模。创建水平位、矢状位和冠状位等3个视图加上3D视图,通过坐标转换,计算出眉间到大脑镰旁靶点的曲线长度,确认头皮表面的病变投影位置。结果大脑镰旁病变手术患者均能成功准确定位,解决了因粗略定位不准而导致的不必要损伤。结论通过软件计算处理患者CT或MRI检查的DCM文件数据,为大脑镰旁病变提供可靠定位数据,是一种简易而准确的大脑镰附近病变手术的头皮定位方法。 Objective To provide the scalp projection location data for the parafalx lesions and solve the problem of inaccurate surgical incision by using the DCM file data of CT or MRI.Methods The software system was deployed on cloud platform and used in browser to build 3D model of patients'skull scanning data uploaded.Three views,horizontal,sagittal and coronal were created and three-dimensional views were added.Through coordinate transformation,the curve length between eyebrow and target near cerebral falciform was calculated,and the projection position of lesions on scalp surface was confirmed.Results Surgical patients were able to locate accurately and successfully,which solved the unnecessary injury caused by inaccurate rough location.Conclusion Using DCM file data uploaded from patients'CT or MRI to provide reliable location data for parafalx lesions by mathematical calculation is a simple and accurate scalp localization method for operation of perifalx lesions.
