摘要
目的研究新疆维吾尔自治区克拉玛依市汉族和维吾尔族正常育龄期女性静息状态阴道长度的区别。方法收集2013年1月至2020年9月就诊于克拉玛依市中心医院育龄期汉族和维吾尔族女性的盆腔磁共振成像影像数据,选择年龄22至45岁且满足条件的752例女性盆腔磁共振成像数据(其中汉族女性616例,维吾尔族女性136例,生育史:产次≤1)。利用磁共振图像,自阴道后穹隆中点,沿阴道后壁逐一标记至处女膜缘,形成曲线,PACS软件自动测量此曲线长度。统计学分析两组女性阴道长度差异。结果根据磁共振图像测量阴道长度,汉族女性阴道平均长度为(120.64±10.387)mm,维吾尔族女性阴道平均长度为(132.81±8.754)mm,不符合正态分布,使用秩和检验分析后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道长度比较显示,新疆维吾尔自治区克拉玛依市维吾尔族女性阴道长度较汉族女性长。
Objective TostudythevaginallengthofHanandUygurwomenofnormalchildbearing age in Karamay city,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.Methods The plevic MRI image data and general clinical information of patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected in Karamay Central Hospital of Xinjiang from January 2013 to September 2020.The plevic MRI image data of 752 cases among which 616 were Han women(aged 22 to 45)and 136 cases were Uygur women(aged 23 to 45)met the requirement were chosen,all cases completed 1 or less pregnancy and there is no difference between the two groups.Magnetic resonance image was used to make one by one along the posterior wall of the vagina to the edge of the hymen from the midpoint of the posterior vault of the vagina to form a curve,and the length of the curve was automatically measured by PACS software.magnetic resonance image.Applied statistical analysis to analyze the difference in vaginal length between the two groups of Han and Uygur women.Results All the data were measured in turn.The vagina length was measured according to magnetic resonance image.The vagina length of han women was measured as(120.64±10.387)mm.The vagina length of Uygur female was measured as(132.81±8.754)mm.According to MRI,the average vagina length of Han woman was(120.64±10.387)mm,the average vagina length of Uygur woman was(132.81±8.754)mm,which didn’t conform to the normal distribution,and the difference was statistically significant after the rank sum test is used(P<0.05).Conclusions The comparison of vagina length shows that Uyghur women have longer vaginal lengths than Han in Karamay city,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
