摘要
目的:探究营养干预对2型糖尿病患者的影响。方法:研究收集164例2型糖尿病病人的信息,按照BMI≥23.9kg/m 2和BMI<23.9kg/m 2分为肥胖组和非肥胖组,并进行营养干预,测定两组患者的血脂四项、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血糖等指标。结果:干预后血糖指标明显降低;干预后两组患者甘油三酯、高密度胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖比较存在显著性差异。干预后主食、肉的摄入量明显降低,而蔬菜、蛋、奶的摄入量明显升高;干预后两组患者主食量、蔬菜、肉等的比较存在显著性差异。结论:对糖尿病患者进行饮食营养干预,减少主食、肉类,增加蛋类、乳类优质蛋白和膳食纤维的摄入量,能够控制血糖,改善糖尿病病人的健康状况。
Objective:To explore the effect of nutritional intervention on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:This study collected information of 164 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes.According to BMI acuity 23.9kg/m 2 and BMI<23.9kg/m 2,all patients were divided into obese group and non-obese group,and given nutrition intervention,then the blood lipids,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),blood glucose,and and other indicators were measured in the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the blood glucose index decreased significantly.After intervention,there were significant differences in triglycerides,high-density cholesterol,glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose between the two groups.After the intervention,the intake of staple food and meat decreased significantly,while the intake of vegetables,eggs and milk increased significantly.After the intervention,there were significant differences in the amount of staple food,vegetables and meat between the two groups.Conclusion:Dietary and nutritional intervention can control blood sugar and improve the health status of diabetic patients by reducing staple food and meat and increasing the intake of high-quality egg and milk protein and dietary fiber.
