摘要
目的:探讨急性加重慢阻肺患者临床治疗中添加苏子降气汤的意义与价值。方法:选取某院2018年4月~2019年12月期间急性加重慢阻肺患者,根据科学分组划分对照组和观察组,分别实施区分治疗,对照组常规治疗方案,观察组在常规治疗基础上添加苏子降气汤治疗,治疗干预后对比治疗效果、炎性指标等差异。结果:通过研究对比显示,观察组患者在生命体征各项指标方面优于对照组(P<0.05);炎性指标方面,观察组同样占据优势,改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:针对急性加重慢阻肺患者采取苏子降气汤辅助治疗,可以有效提升治疗效果,同时控制炎性指标,具有临床推广借鉴的意义。
Objective:To explore the significance and value of adding Suzi Jiangqi decoction in the clinical treatment of patients with COPD in acute exacerbation.Methods:Patients with COPD in acute exacerbation in a hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to scientific grouping.Differential treatment was implemented separately.Conventional treatment program was used in the control group,and the observation group was given Suzi Jiangqi decoction on the basis of conventional treatment,then the therapeutic effects and inflammatory indexes were compared after treatment intervention.Results:Through research and comparison,patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group in terms of vital signs(P<0.05).In terms of inflammatory indicators,the observation group also had advantages and showed significant improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suzi Jiangqi decoction for acute exacerbation of COPD patients can effectively improve the treatment effect and control the inflammatory indexes,which has the significance of clinical promotion and reference.
