摘要
目的分析加味苏子降气汤治疗痰浊壅肺型老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月70例老年AECOPD患者,根据随机原则分为常规组及研究组,每组35例。对常规组患者行常规治疗,研究组患者在常规治疗基础上加味苏子降气汤,比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候评分、肺功能水平及生活质量。结果治疗前,两组患者各症状中医证候评分、肺功能水平及生活质量评分差异均未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者各症状评分均有所改善,研究组各症状评分改善程度显著优于常规组(P<0.05),肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比例(FEV1/FVC)及最大呼气中段平均流速(MMEF)均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组患者SGRQ评分显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论加味苏子降气汤治疗痰浊壅肺型老年AECOPD,能够有效改善患者咳嗽、咳痰症状,提高患者肺功能水平及生活质量。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Jiawei Suzi Jiangqi Decoction on senile sputum and lung type acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods Seventy elderly patients with AECOPD from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into routine group and study group,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the routine group were treated routinely.On the basis of conventional treatment,the flavored Suzi Jiangqi Decoction was given in the study group.The TCM syndrome scores,lung function levels and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in TCM syndrome scores,lung function levels or quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were improved.The improvement of symptom score in the study group was significantly better than that of the routine group(P<0.05).At the same time,the FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and MMEF indicators in the study group were significantly better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).In addition,the SGRQ score of the study group was better than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of sputum and phlegm-type elderly patients with AECOPD by Jiawei Suzi Jiangqi Decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of cough and cough,improve the treatment effect of patients,and improve the lung function and quality of life of patients.It is worth promoting.
