摘要
目的:探讨热毒宁联合静脉注射用丙种球蛋白佐治在小儿重症病毒性脑炎疾病治疗中的临床疗效。方法:选取某院2016年3月~2019年5月收治的110例小儿重症病毒性脑炎患儿为研究对象,随机分为常规组和改进组各55例,常规组采用一般治疗方法,改进组采用热毒宁联合静脉注射用丙种球蛋白,对比两组患儿治疗效果、临床症状恢复情况以及血清检测情况。结果:改进组治疗有效率96.36%高于常规组的76.36%;改进组的临床症状恢复情况及血清检测情况均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿重症病毒性脑炎患儿采取热毒宁联合静脉注射用丙种球蛋白治疗方法,患儿临床症状明显消失,脑液血清检测结果更佳,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Reduning combined with intravenous gamma globulin injection in the treatment of severe viral encephalitis in children.Methods:110 cases of children with severe viral encephalitis in children from March 2016 to May 2019 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into two groups,with 55 cases in each group.The normal group was given the general treatment method,and the improvement group was given Reduning combined with intravenous gamma globulin,then the therapeutic effect,clinical symptom recovery and serum detection were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate in the improvement group(96.36%)was higher than that in the normal group(76.36%).The clinical symptom recovery and serum detection in the improvement group were better than those in the normal group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of children with severe viral encephalitis are obviously disappeared with the treatment of Reduning combined with intravenous gamma globulin,and the results of serum detection of brain fluid are more accurate,which has high clinical application value.
