摘要
目的探讨护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的临床价值。方法随机将该院2018年11月—2019年11月收治的72例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者分为两组,每组36例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在上述基础上行优质护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组首次进食时间、住院时间、下床活动时间以及首次排气时间分别为(9.14±0.52)h、(3.94±0.43)d、(7.51±0.36)h、(8.05±0.58)h;对照组分别为(14.69±0.87)h、(7.05±0.61)d、(12.08±0.71)h、(10.93±0.67)h,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=32.855、25.003、34.445、19.500,P<0.05);术后3 d,观察组VAS评分(2.2±0.15)分明显低于对照组(4.3±0.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=41.977,P<0.05);观察组SAS、SDS评分分别为(40.4±3.2)分、(40.8±3.5)分;对照组分别为(55.6±4.1)分、(56.2±4.3)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=17.535、16.667,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(5.56%)明显低于对照组(19.44%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.984,P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预可有效改善实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的心理状态,并显著缓解了疼痛程度,有利于术后病情的平稳过渡。
Objective To explore the clinical value of nursing intervention in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 72 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group performed quality nursing intervention on the above basis.Compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The time of first eating,hospitalization,getting out of bed,and first exhausting time of observation group were(9.14±0.52)h,(3.94±0.43)d,(7.51±0.36)h,(8.05±0.58)h,respectively;the control group was(14.69±0.87)h,(7.05±0.61)d,(12.08±0.71)h,(10.93±0.67)h,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=32.855,25.033,34.445,19.500,P<0.05);3 d after operation,the VAS score of the observation group(2.2±0.15)points was significantly lower than that of the control group(4.3±0.26)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=41.977,P<0.05);The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were(40.4±3.2)points and(40.8±3.5)points,respectively;the control group were(55.6±4.1)points and(56.2±4.3)points,respectively.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(t=17.535,16.667,P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group(5.56%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(19.44%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.984,P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the mental state of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and significantly relieve the pain degree,which is beneficial to the smooth transition of the postoperative condition.
