摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除（LC）手术患者中的应用效果。方法入选的研究对象是2009年1月至2011年3月采用LC术的手术患者168例，随机将所有患者分为实验组和对照组各84例。对照组采取传统护理模式进行护理工作，实验组采取临床护理路径实施管理，对2组患者术后临床不良反应、住院时间、健康知识掌握情况、住院费用和患者以及家属的满意度进行分析。结果实验组的术后不良反应发生情况、住院时间、健康知识掌握情况、住院费用和患者以及家属的满意度均明显优于对照组。结论在护理质量管理中使用临床护理路径进行诊疗、护理和康复，有助于缩短患者住院时间，减少人均住院费用，促进健康知识的掌握，提高患者与家属对医疗护理服务的满意度。
Objective To discuss the application effect of clinical nursing pathway （CNP） in pa- tients with laparoscopic eholecystectomy（LC）. Methods 168 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed from January 2009 to March 2011. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 84 patients in each group. The control group adopted traditional nursing mode, and the experimental group adopted clinical nursing pathway. Hospitalization time, hospital expenses, unto- ward effect, mastering of health knowledge, satisfaction degree of patients were analyzed. Results Hospi- talization time, hospital expenses, untoward effect, mastering of health knowledge and satisfaction degree were better in the experimental group than those of the control group. Conclusions Application of clini- cal nursing pathway in nursing quality management can shorten hospitalization time, and reduce hospital expenses, promote mastering of health knowledge, and improve satisfaction degree of patients and their families with nursing service.
