摘要
本文针对FANUC 0i数控系统αi和βi系列伺服放大器的多种连接形式,开发了一套硬件模拟及实物连接训练单元。并从减少接口器件损耗、消除设备安全隐患的角度,以FANUC0i-TF数控车床βi系列双体型伺服放大器—模拟主轴连接形式为例,详细介绍了硬件接口延长线的规划与设计方法。
In this paper,a set of hardware simulation and physical connection training unit is developed for various connection forms ofαI andβI series servo amplifiers in FANUC 0 I CNC system.From the point of view of reducing the loss of interface device and eliminating the hidden danger of equipment safety,taking the connection form ofβI series double servo amplifier analog spindle of FANUC 0I TF CNC lathe as an example,this paper introduces the planning and design method of hardware interface extension line in detail.
