摘要
模拟主轴控制广泛应用于中档数控铣床,从模拟主轴控制电路、变频器参数、数控系统主轴参数设定及转速、转向控制的PMC程序设计等方面详细地介绍了模拟主轴控制方案的实现过程,并在实训室的数控铣床上调试成功。
The control scheme of analog spindle is introduced in detail in this paper, including sign, frequency converter parameter setting, spindle parameter setting and PMC program design trol and the direction control of analog spindle. After running and commissioning, the result is sa control circuit de- on the speed con- tisfying.
