摘要
以制备钛白粉后形成的酸性钛白废液作为研究对象,采用氯化钠(NaCl)和二(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯(P204)协同萃取回收钛白废液中钒。考察了溶液初始pH值、NaCl添加量、振荡速率、振荡时间等因素对钒萃取率的影响。结果表明:在有机相组成为20%P204+80%磺化煤油,相比为1∶1,溶液初始pH值为2.3,NaCl添加量为75 g/L,振荡速率为220 r/min,振荡时间为5 min的条件下,钒的单级萃取率可达到92.38%。其他萃取条件相同,不添加NaCl时钛白废液中钒的单级萃取率仅为66.67%。
Taking acidic titanium dioxide waste water formed after the preparation of titanium dioxide as the research object,sodium chloride(NaCl)and diisoocyl phosphate(P204)were used to synergistically extract and recover vanadium from the titanium dioxide waste water.The effects of initial solution pH value,NaCl addition amount,oscillation rate and oscillation time on vanadium extraction rate were investigated.Under the conditions of organic phase composition of 20%P204 and 80%sulfonated kerosene,phase ratio of 1∶1,initial solution pH value of 2.3,NaCl addition amount of 75 g/L,oscillation rate of 220 r/min,and oscillation time of 5 min,the single-stage extraction rate of vanadium reaches 92.38%.However,the single-stage extraction rate of vanadium without NaCl is only 66.67%under the same conditions.
