摘要
长期暴露在生产性噪声环境中的工人会不可避免的造成不可逆的听力损害,为了表征噪声对人体健康的影响程度,引入健康生命折损年进行量化。以西宁市某一钢构件生产车间为监测现场,选取10个作业点,使用CEL-63x噪声测试仪进行噪声监测,获得各作业点等效连续A声级,并收集工人年龄和工龄信息。根据健康评价损害模型所得的结果可以看出,30-34岁年龄段工人的平均健康生命折损年最大,为9.2×10^(-6)年,其中,钢梁打坡口作业点工人的噪声健康损害年为9.7×10^(-6)年,为所有接噪工人中的最大值。噪声强度相同的情况下,年龄越小,噪声健康损害结果越大。
Workers exposed to productive noise for a long time will inevitably cause irreversible hearing damage.In order to characterize the impact of noise on human health,the healthy life loss year is introduced to quantify.Taking a steel component production workshop in Xining as the monitoring site,10 operating points were selected,and the noise monitoring was carried out by using CEL-63x noise measuring instrument.The equivalent continuous A sound level of each operating point was obtained,and the information of workers'age and length of service was collected.According to the results of health assessment damage model,it can be seen that the average health life loss year of workers aged 30-34 is the largest,which is 9.2×10^(-6) years,among which the noise health damage year of workers in steel beam beveling operation point is 9.7×10^(-6) years,which is the highest among all noise-exposed workers.Under the same noise intensity,the younger the age,the greater the health damage caused by noise.
