摘要
马克思、恩格斯关于共产主义社会要促进人的自由全面发展的论断,内在地要求实现全体社会成员的共同富裕。中国共产党人在社会主义建设过程中,始终坚持共同富裕思想,并根据实践的发展创造性地运用并发展了马克思恩格斯共同富裕思想。特别是党的十八大以来,共同富裕思想得到新发展,主要体现在:鲜明提出共同富裕是中国特色社会主义的根本原则,对共同富裕的理论认识提升到新水平;共同富裕的内涵不断拓展,更加关注精神富足、人民的主观感受及美好生活需要;共同富裕的战略目标日渐明晰具体,提出“新三步走”的战略部署;将解决贫困问题、改善民生作为共同富裕的重点工作来抓;完善中国特色社会主义制度,保障共同富裕宏伟目标的实现。
Marx and Engels’judgment that the communist society should promote the free and all-around development of human being inherently requires the realization of the common prosperity of all members of the society.In the process of socialist construction,Chinese communists always adhere to Marx and Engels’thought on common prosperity,and creatively apply and develop the thought according to the development of practice.Especially since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the thought on common prosperity has made new progress,which is mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)it has been clearly proposed that common prosperity is the fundamental principle of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the theoretical understanding of common prosperity has reached a new level;(2)the connotation of common prosperity has been expanded,with greater attention being paid to spiritual prosperity,people’s subjective feelings and their needs for a better life;(3)the strategic goal of common prosperity has become increasingly clear and concrete,and the strategic deployment of“new three steps”has been put forward;(4)a priority in our work for common prosperity has been given to addressing poverty and improving people’s livelihood;and(5)the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics has been improved continuously to ensure the actualization of the grand goal of common prosperity.
