摘要
为提高江西省重性精神疾病救治管理和医疗保障水平,不断提升基层精神卫生防治能力和水平,2012年开始,我省以实施严重精神障碍管理治疗项目和贫困家庭重性精神免费救治工作为抓手,整合精神卫生工作资源,率先在国内启动精神科医师转岗培训工作,积极探索构建符合江西省情的精神科医师培训模式。受江西省卫生健康委的委托,江西中医药大学自2013年起承担了江西省精神科医师转岗培训工作。通过制定培训方案、增加转岗医师执业注册范围、实施多层次培训、建立培训保障体系等一系列举措,不断创新培训模式,大力推进培训进程。截至2018年6月,共有403名医师顺利完成了精神科转岗培训,全省精神科医师总数达1336人,每10万人精神科医生数由2012年1.7人增加到2018年2.8人,有效缓解了精神卫生专业人才紧缺的状况,整体推进了精神卫生服务体系建设,进而保障了贫困家庭重性精神病患者免费救治工作的顺利开展。
In order to improve the level of severe mental illness treatment management and medical security and to improve the control and prevention level of mental health,Jiangxi province had taken many measures since 2012,to integrate the work of mental health resources based on implementing severe mental disorders management treatment project and free treatment for the gripper of poor families,to start the job-transfer training work of psychiatrist.The aim of this program was to explore the training mode of psychiatrist conforming the status of Jiangxi province.Entrusted by Jiangxi provincial health commission,Jiangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine has undertaken the post transfer training for psychiatrists since 2013.Through a series of measures,such as formulating training programs,increasing the registration scope of doctors transferred to posts,implementing multi-level training and establishing a training guarantee system,the training mode has been constantly innovated and the training process has been vigorously promoted.By June 2018,403 doctors successfully completed the psychiatric job-transfer training,and the total population of psychiatrists reached 1336.The number of psychiatrists per 100,000 people increased from 1.7 in 2012 to 2.8 in 2018.This work effectively alleviated the shortage of mental health professionals,promoted the construction of mental health service.Thus,ensuring the work of free treatment for mental illness of the poor families carried out smoothly.
