摘要
某文旅项目超大型塑石假山为异形结构,钢结构框架由主钢结构、悬挑次钢结构组成,分布范围较广,结构、尺寸形式多样,对钢结构高空安装、焊接及防火施工要求极高。通过软件对假山钢结构进行拼装模拟,实现模块化吊装,采用高精度全站仪进行实时监测与复测,并由专业工人进行钢结构焊接与防火施工,最终一次通过验收。其成功经验可以为同类项目提供借鉴。
The super large plastic stone rockery of a cultural tourism project is a special-shaped structure.The steel structure frame is composed of the main steel structure and the cantilever secondary steel structure.It has a wide range of distribution,various structures and sizes,and has high requirements for the high-altitude installation,welding and fireproofing construction of the steel structure.The steel structure of the rockery is assembled and simulated by software to realize modular lifting.The high-precision total station is used for real-time monitoring and retesting,and the professional workers are responsible for the welding and fireproofing construction of the steel structure,which finally passes the acceptance inspection once for all.Its successful experience can provide reference for similar projects.
