摘要
大型闸门主体钢结构具有底面窄、重心高的特点。此类钢结构为了满足制作和发运要求,需要进行多次翻身。为确保构件的稳定性,对其整体翻身工艺方案进行设计和论证,在完成吊装方案强度校核的基础上,运用构件计算机模型进行模拟吊装翻身验证,确认其可行性。实践表明,可在同类型钢结构的吊装作业中进行推广。
The main steel structure of large gate has the characteristics of narrow bottom and high center of gravity,which needs to turn over many times to meet the requirements of manufacture and shipment.In order to ensure the stability of the components,the scheme of integral turning process is designed and demonstrated.Based on the strength check of hoisting scheme,the computer model is used to carry out the simulation hoisting and turning over verification to confirm its feasibility.The practive shous that this model can be populanied in the hoisting operation of the same type of steel structure.
