摘要
随着全球化快速发展,文化的重要性日益凸显。作为中华文化的重要组成部分,中国音乐是代表着国家、民族文化身份的标识。中华经典歌词翻译研究,有助于树立正确的中华文化形象,从而促进中华文化走向世界。文章从“三美论”视角,探讨分析祖国华诞70周年流行歌曲《我和我的祖国》三个英译本在意、音、形方面如何实现对原作的传递。旨在进一步验证“三美论”对歌词英译的指导意义,并为从事翻译领域的学习者和研究者提供参考。
With the rapid development of globalization,the culture matters more powerfully for the world.Chinese music,the crucial part of Chinese culture,is the identification of nation and national culture.The study on translation of lyrics of classical music can really help to properly enhance China's international image to reach out to the world.This paper analyses the three English versions of My Homeland and Me,a pop song for the 70 th Anniversary of PRC,from the perspective of Three-beauty Theory,focusing on how the source text can be delivered on the aspects of meaning,sound and form.This paperaims tofurther demonstrate that Three-beauty Theory has guiding significance for the English translation of lyrics and provide references for the learners and scholars related to translation studies.
