摘要
对鞍钢3号3200 m^(3)高炉生产数据进行了统计分析,重点对高炉送风参数与燃料消耗和透气性的关系进行了探讨。结果表明,鞍钢3号高炉燃料消耗和顺行状态受鼓风动能、风速、炉腹煤气量等影响明显,合理的鼓风动能范围为150~175 kJ/s,风速范围为275~300 m/s,炉腹煤气量范围为7200~8100 m^(3)/s,高炉阻力系数K为2.9~3.4。
The production data on No.33200 m^(3) blast furnace(BF)in Ansteel was statis-tically analyzed.Particularly the relationship among blowing-in parameters and fuel consumption,gas permeability in terms of the BF was discussed.The analytical results demonstrated that the fuel consumption and smooth operation of the No.3 BF were markedly influenced by blast kinetic energy,blast velocity and gas volume in bosh.Then the reasonable range of blast kinetic energy was from 150 kJ/s to 175 kJ/s,blast velocity from 275 m/s to 300 m/s,gas volume in bosh from 7200 m3/s to 8100 m^(3)/s and permeation resistance coefficient K from 2.9 to 3.4.
