摘要
通过抓原燃料质量、合理调整炉料结构、大量喷吹煤粉和优化操作等方法,经二年来的生产实践,结果表明,其平均利用系数达到了2.70 t/(m3.d),焦比降低到355 kg/t,煤比提高到138.5 kg/t。
By means of improving quality of the raw material, reasonably adjusting composition of the furnace burden, injecting lots of pulverized coal and optimizing operation technique and so on methods, the manufacture practice through 2 years showed, the equal utilization coefficient attained 2.70 t/(m3-d), the coke ratio cut down up 355 kg/t and injection rate of the pulverized coal lifted up 138.5 kg/t.
