摘要
基于对家庭医生签约服务各利益相关者的参与角色、利益诉求以及认知评价进行综合分析,发现签约服务给居民带来了明显的益处和获得普遍认可,但仍存在多方合作共治尚未形成有效改革合力,有关难点和障碍影响了服务提供热情及动力,以及政策宣传有待进一步加强等问题。建议可从强化多部门协作联动,完善相关配套政策,凝聚管理方合力;以基层人才队伍建设和提质增效为抓手,提升供方服务能力和职业认同感;加强家庭医生签约服务政策培训与宣传,提升需方认知度,营造良好签约氛围等方面来推动家庭签约服务的进展。
Based on the comprehensive analysis on participation role,interest demand and f cognitive evaluation of each stakeholder based on family doctor contractual services.It finds that contractual services bring clear benefits and get general recognition to residents,but there are still some problems such as multi-cooperation co-governance has not yet been formed effective reforms forces,some difficulties and obstacles affect the services to provide enthusiasm and motivation,as well as policy publicity needs to be further strengthened.It is suggested that the progress of family doctor contractual services can be promoted from the following aspects of strengthening collaborative linkage of multidisciplinary,perfecting relevant supporting policies,cohesion of management parts;taking grass-roots talent team construction and improvement of synergia as an effective means,promoting service ability and professional identity sense of suppliers;strengthening training and publicity,and enhance awareness of demander,creating good contract atmosphere and so on to promote the progress of family contractual service.
