摘要
为了解决多井同时进行测试作业,设备资源不足,管理难度大的问题,设计研发了一套工厂化油气地面测试监测系统。该系统由数据采集系统、气体监测系统、视频监控系统、决策指挥中心系统四大模块构成,可满足多井次、多设备的“工厂化”作业模式需求。数据采集系统实现了数据定量化和报警智能化,保障了现场油气测试作业的安全科学实施;气体监测系统实现了24 h连续监测和实时智能化声光两级报警,确保了现场作业环境安全有效受控;视频监控系统采用360°高清防爆球基监视云台和动态监测技术,实现了安防设施的远程控制;决策指挥中心系统通过网络技术与数据采集系统实现了实时数据联网,为科学、高效、快速决策提供依据。现场应用表明,该系统可以满足10口井同时施工作业监测任务,具有多井曲线显示和历史数据查询、导出等功能,达到了省人、省心、省力、省时、省钱的“五省”效果。
In order to solve the problems of insufficient equipment resources and difficult management when multiple wells are tested at the same time,a set of industrial oil and gas ground test and monitoring system is designed and developed.The system consists of four modules:data acquisition system,gas monitoring system,video surveillance system and decision command center system,which can meet the requirements of multi-well and multi-equipment industrial operation mode.Data acquisition system realizes data quantification and alarm intelligentization,and ensures the safe and scientific implementation of field oil and gas testing operation.Gas monitoring system realizes 24-hour continuous monitoring and real-time intelligent acousto-optic two-level alarm to ensure the safety and effective control of the field operation environment.Video surveillance system adopts 360°HD explosion-proof ball based surveillance pan-tilt platform and dynamic monitoring technology to realize remote control of security&protection facilities.Decision command center system realizes real-time data networking through network technology and data acquisition system,which provides the basis for scientific,efficient and quick decision-making.The field application indicated that,the industrial oil&gas ground test and monitoring system may satisfy the monitoring tasks for simultaneous construction operation of 10 wells,and has the functions of multiwell curve display,historical data query and export,which achieves the effects of labor saving,being free from worry,reducing effort,time saving and economizing.
