摘要
联合作战目标工作是贯穿全局的一项重要工作,是实施正确决策指挥的重要依据之一。首先,从分析概念几手,对美军联合作战目标工作的理论与机制建设、条令法规建设、目标选择与打击、毁伤评估等方面研究进行梳理总结。其次,立足实际查找自身不足,分析存在问题和差距,旨在提升我军联合作战目标工作能力。
The target work of joint operations is an important task that runs through the overall situation and is one of the im⁃portant basis for implementing correct decision-making and command.First of all,starting from the analysis of the concept,the re⁃search on the theory and mechanism construction of the US military's joint operations,construction of rules and regulations,target selection and strike,and damage assessment are summarized.Secondly,based on the actual situation to find their own shortcom⁃ings,existing problems and gaps are analyzed,and the aim is to improve our army's ability to work in joint operations.
