摘要
"瓜蒌"属于《神农本草经》中品之药,其果实、果皮、果仁、根茎分别以瓜蒌实、瓜蒌皮、瓜蒌仁、天花粉而命名入药,临床应用十分广泛。文章从法象思维出发,通过分析瓜蒌形、色、气、味、体、质、所生之地、所成之时等形与象,总结瓜蒌之药"象"、辨析其"药象"机理,并结合临床历代医家经验,提出瓜蒌的四气、五味、升降浮沉、功效等"法象"之理,以传统中医思维方法解读中药本草,为中药理论研究及临床应用提供新思路。
’Fructus Trichosanthis’ is a kind of medicine in the book of Shennong Bencao Jing, the fruitage, peels, nuts, and rhizomes are named as medicines respectively after the snakegourd fruit, the snakegourd bark, the snakegourd seed, and the snakegourd root. Clinical applications are very extensive. In this paper, we analyzed the shape, color, smell, taste, body, quality, the place where the Trichosanthis Fructus was born and the time when it was formed, this paper sumed up the ’Xiang’ of Trichosanthis Fructus and analyzed its ’Xiang’ mechanism, and combining with the clinical experience of past generations of doctors, puts forward the ’Xiang’ of four qi, five tastes, rising and falling, floating and sinking, and efficacy, etc., it provides a new idea for drug research and clinical application.
