摘要
针对某重型CNG天然气发动机使用过程中发生的进气门头部掉块与断头两类典型失效事故,通过对失效的进气门采取宏观检查、断口分析、原子发射光谱分析、金相分析、硬度检查、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)与能谱仪(EDS)分析,确认了失效机理,查明了进气门发生失效的原因。基于失效分析结果,通过采取整改措施,能够有效阻止失效事故的进一步发展。
In this paper,two typical intake valve failure modes of some heavy⁃duty compressed nat⁃ural gas engine have been analyzed through macro examination,fracture analysis,spark discharge atomic emission spectrometric method,metallographic analysis,hardness test,scanning electronic microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)analysis.As a result,the failure mechanism and root causes have been identified.The corresponding improvement measures have been effectively implemen⁃ted,preventing the failures from becoming worse.
