摘要
某汽轮机给水泵机组的油泵在运行约5000 h后,发现轴承箱处振动值超过了规定值,初步判断为轴承失效。采用宏观痕迹分析、SEM形貌分析、金相分析、硬度检测、轴承寿命估算等方法分析了轴承的失效状况和原因,为该汽轮机给水泵机组的安全运行提供参考。结果表明:轴承滚道产生了不同程度的剥落现象;轴承滚道从近表面的非金属夹杂物处萌生次表面型疲劳裂纹,并向表面扩展,导致其产生接触疲劳,造成轴承滚道金属剥落,即失效形式为接触疲劳引起的疲劳剥落。相关研究成果能够为类似轴承失效原因分析提供参考。
After the oil pump of a steam turbine feedwater pump unit is operated for about 5000 hours,it is found that the vibration value at the bearing box exceeds the specified value,and the initial judgment is bearing failure.Using methods such as macroscopic trace analysis,SEM topography analysis,metallographic analysis,hardness testing,bearing life estimation,etc.,the failure status and causes of the bearing are analyzed,which provides a reference for the safe operation of the steam turbine feedwater pump unit.The results show that:the bearing raceway has different degrees of spalling;the bearing raceway initiates subsurface fatigue cracks from the non-metallic inclusions near the surface and expands to the surface,resulting in contact fatigue and metal peeling of the bearing raceway.The failure form is fatigue spalling caused by contact fatigue.Related research results can provide reference for the analysis of similar bearing failure causes.
