摘要
对滚动轴承的使用进行了研究,分析了滚动轴承的失效原因,并指出在使用过程中保证轴承受载均匀,采取可靠的润滑密封措施,按工艺要求组装和拆卸轴承,并对组装和润滑是否准确进行检测并改进,可以有效延长轴承的使用期。
In this paper the use of rolling bearing research,analyze the reasons for bearing failure,and pointed out that the use of the process to ensure uniform bearing loaded to take a reliable lubrication sealing measures,according to process requirements bearing assembly and disassembly,and assembly and testing the accuracy of lubrication and improvements,can effectively extend the useful life of bearings.
