摘要
传统紫砂壶制作工艺完全靠匠人全手工或半手工实现,耗时费力。本文将智能加工技术与传统制作工艺有机结合,设计一款非正圆紫砂壶辅助加工设备。同时应用三维建模和3D打印技术设计紫砂壶辅助加工工艺,制作出非正圆紫砂壶文创产品。
The traditional purple clay teapot is completely hand-made or semi-hand-made by the craftsmen,which consumes a lot of time and labor.This article mainly discusses the organic combination of intelligent processing technology and traditional purple clay pot craftwork,designing an auxiliary processing equipment for non-circular purple clay pot.Meanwhile,three-dimensional modeling and 3D printing technology are used to design the auxiliary processing technology of purple clay products,finally producing a non-circular purple clay teapot,a cultural and creative product.
