摘要
陶质板瓦制作工艺是古代制陶技术研究的内容之一。传统的制瓦工艺是非物质文化遗产,保留许多古代制瓦的技术,在古建类文物维修保护中具有重要价值。制瓦工艺研究应重视制作现场考察。习称的瓦之"内布纹"和"外篮纹"并非主观上设计的装饰性纹饰,而是制作瓦坯时所用工具所遗留的印痕,其中也含有古代的制瓦技术。
The traditional manufacturing process of flat roof tiles is part of intangible cultural heritage,which contains many ancient techniques of tile making and is of significance for the repair and conservation of ancient buildings.In this paper,the author thinks field surveys are important for the study of tile-making process.The author also believes the so called "textile patterns" and "basket patterns" on tiles are just impressions left by tile-making tools,which also reflect tile-making techniques.
