摘要
目的对2015-2019年成都市新都区手足口病流行特征进行分析,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法收集"中国疾病预防控制信息系统"中成都市新都区2015-2019年手足口病报告发病情况,采用Q型聚类方法和有序聚类分析方法统计不同月份、年龄、镇/街道的手足口病的分类情况。结果不同月份手足口病发病数Q型聚类分析聚为3类,有序聚类分析聚为4类;不同年龄组手足口病发病数Q型聚类、有序聚类分析,不同/街道报告发病率Q型聚类分析均聚为4类。5~12月为发病高峰,以7月为最;发病数最多的年龄段为1~3岁;大丰街道、新都街道、三河街道为高发地区。结论成都市新都区手足口病流行在不同时间、不同人群和不同地区之间存在差异性,应采取针对性地防控策略和措施。
Objective To describe and analyze the epidemic characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in Xindu District of Chengdu from 2015 to 2019,and to provide a scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies.Methods The classification situation of HFMD in Xindu District of Chengdu was analyzed by using Q-type cluster method and ordered cluster method with different monthes,different age groups and different counties/districts,the data of incidence reports were collected from China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention from 2015 to 2019.Results The number of reported cases of HFMD in different month was classified into three groups by Q-type cluster analysis and four groups by ordered cluster analysis.The number of reported cases of HFMD in different age was classified into four groups both by Q-type cluster analysis and ordered cluster analysis.The incidence rate in different county was classified into four groups by Q-type cluster analysis.The number of cases had a peak during May to December,and July was the highest one.The age of onset was mainly from 1 to 3 years old.Dafeng,Xindu and Sanhe County had higher incidence rates.Conclusion The epidemic characteristics of HFMD in Xindu District of Chengdu showed differences in season,population and county.Targeted strategies should be taken for disease prevention and control.
