摘要
目的了解2019年厦门市儿童医院就诊的手足口病患儿流行病学和病原特征。方法收集2019年传染病报告卡手足口病病例,描述性分析其流行病学特征。采集粪便标本用实时RT-PCR法检测,分析手足口病病原构成。结果2607例手足口病患儿进入流行病学分析,男女比为1.5:1,以散居患儿为主,5岁以下患儿占94.8%;呈现4~7月和9月2个高峰。169例肠道病毒核酸检测阳性,阳性率为89.4%,其中单一EV71、CA16、CA6、CA10、混合感染和其他肠道病毒感染分别为3例、14例、103例、21例、5例、23例。CA6在不同月份组均占最高比例,其中10~12月组占比最高。CA6在各年龄组中均有感染,随着年龄增长基本呈升高趋势,其他病原在高年龄组的分布低于在低年龄组的分布。结论2019年厦门市儿童医院手足口病患儿以5岁以下散居儿童为主,流行呈双峰模式。CA6成为手足口病主要病原之一。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological and pathogenic characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)in Xiamen Children′s Hospital in 2019.Methods A descriptive analysis of HFMD patients reported by infectious cards from Xiamen Children′s was conducted to describe its epidemiological characteristics in 2019.Stool samples collected from HFMD patients were detected by real-time RT-PCR,and the pathogens of HFMD were analyzed.Results A total of 2607 HFMD cases were recruited into the study with the ratio of male to female of 1.5:1.Most cases were scattered children,accounting for 63.2%.The cases younger than 5 years accounted for 94.8%.There were two distinct peaks of HFMD in the whole year,the first peak occurred from April to July and the second peak occurred in September.A total of 169 cases were enterovirus nucleic acid positive,the positive rate was 89.4%,including 3 cases with only EV71 infection,14 cases with only CA16 infection,103 cases with only CA6 infection,21 cases with only CA10 infection,5 caseswith mixed infection and 23 cases with other enteric viruses infection.CA6 accounted for the highest proportion in different months,and the highest proportion was in the 10-12 months group.CA6 infection was found in all age groups and increased with age,while the distribution of other pathogens in the high age group was lower than that in the low age group.Conclusions There were two distinct peaks of HFMD in the whole year in Xiamen Children′s Hospital in 2019.The majority of cases were scattered children.CA6 becomes one of the main pathogens of HFMD.
