摘要 数字化、信息化正以颠覆性方式改变人类生活,复杂性背景下的城市治理面临着数据碎片、信息孤岛及知识壁垒问题,平行城市是解决问题的关键.面向城市复杂系统治理需求,提出了基于复杂系统理论的平行城市模型架构及计算方法体系,以新冠疫情的时空传播为案例进行了典型场景设计,最终构建了精准感知–深度认知–智能推演–科学决策的平行城市虚实互动框架,为复杂环境下的城市治理提供了思路借鉴. Digitization and informatization are fundamentally changing people’s daily life.Under such a complex context,urban governance is confronted with problems such as data fragmentation,information islands,and knowledge barriers,which parallel cities is the key.In this paper,a framework and methodology of parallel cities based on the complex adaptive systems are proposed to meet the governance needs of urban complex systems.The typical scenario design is carried out using the case of a COVID-19 spatiotemporal transmission.Areal-virtual interactive framework based on parallelcities is constructed consisting of accurate perception,deep cognition,intelligent deduction,and scientific decision-making.It can provide support for urban governance in complex environments.
