摘要
匠心文化作为优秀校园文化的重要分支,其互动性、渗透性和传承性的特点能够展现学生良好精神风貌和学校整体文化品味,通过探究高职院校匠心文化培育融入学生入学始业教育、实训技能提升、青春立业的过程,归纳出高职校园匠心文化自奠基、提升到夯实一一对应的三段育人全过程递进培育的路径。从而为高职校园匠心文化的传承、发扬、深化提供理论支持,为高职大学生把匠心文化融入职业生涯全过程提供路径参考。
As an important branch of excellent campus culture,ingenuity culture,its characteristics of interaction,penetration and inheritance can show the good spirit of students and the overall cultural taste of the school.This paper explores the process of integrating ingenuity culture into students'initial vocational education,practical training skill promotion and career expectation.It summarizes the three stages of progressive cultivation of the whole process of educating people from the foundation,promotion and consolidation of the vocational campus ingenuity culture so as to provide theoretical support for the inheritance,development and deepening of the ingenuity culture of the higher vocational campus,and provide a feasible path for the higher vocational college students to integrate the ingenuity culture into the entire career process.
