摘要
反渗透浓水属于典型的高盐废水,直接排放会对受纳水体的生态系统产生不良影响,带来一定的环境隐患。该研究采用纳滤技术作为反渗透浓水处理工艺,开展反渗透浓水预处理试验,探讨进水含盐量、硬度和碱度、悬浮性颗粒物、离子污染物、有机物和SDI指数在反渗透浓水中的存留情况。试验得出SO42-浓度在30 mg/L左右,去除率在99%左右,透析液中主要离子为Cl-与Na+,蒸发后可结晶为纯度较高的NaCl和Na2SO4,反渗透浓水中各污染指数有效去除,说明纳滤技术在浓水预处理方面具有较大的应用前景。
Reverse osmosis concentrated water,referred to as ROC,is a typical high-salinity wastewater.Its direct discharge will have a negative impact on the ecosystem of the receiving water body,bringing certain environmental hazards.In this study,nanofiltration technology was used as the reverse osmosis concentrated water treatment method,reverse osmosis concentrated water pretreatment experiments were carried out to explore the salt content,hardness and alkalinity,suspended particulate matter,ionic pollutants,organic matter and SDI index in the reverse osmosis concentrated water.It is concluded that the SO42-concentration is about 30 mg/L,and the removal rate is about 99%.The main ions in the dialysate were Cl-and Na+.It can be crystallized into NaCl and Na2 SO4 with higher purity after evaporation process.The effective removal of various pollution indexes in reverse osmosis concentrated water indicates that nanofiltration technology has greater application prospects in concentrated water pretreatment.
