天然气长输管道离心式压缩机组能耗对比分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了计算和分析离心式压缩机组在天然气长输管道的实际能耗,本研究对不同机组的驱动电机、不同运行工况进行对比,利用类比法对压缩机进行性能分析。通过对新老机组的机械特性、工艺性能进行实测,本研究对比分析了新老机组的运行工作效率,同时,对单台机组与两台机组运行的各个参数进行了对比分析,并计算出了机组不同运行方式的工作能耗,研究结果表明:在相同压缩机的前提下,不同型号驱动电机的节能效果存在明显不同;长输管道工艺运行特点影响机组的组合运行方式,随着机组的防喘振工况点变化,机组的运行效率也会发生变化,直接影响压缩机组的能耗。 In order to calculate and analyze the actual energy consumption of the centrifugal compressor unit in the natural gas transmission pipeline,in this study,we compared the drive motors of different units and different operating conditions,and analyzed the performance of the compressor by analogy method.According to our measurement of the mechanical characteristics and technological performance,we compared the operational efficiency between the new unit and the old unit and analyzed the operation parameters of between the single unit and the two units,then we had caculated the energy consumption of the unit in different operation modes.The finding shows that on the premise of the same compressor,there were significant differences in the energy-saving effect of different types of drive motor,the process operation characteristics of the transmission pipeline affected the combined operation mode of the unit,and the operating efficiency of the compressor unit was changed with the anti-surge working point of the unit changed,which directly affected the energy consumption of the compressor unit.
