摘要
目的通过对大学生无偿献血情况的分析,探讨3项针对性措施的宣传招募效果。方法对实施措施前后献血者人均献血量、在校学生献血率以及新生献血率等指标的变化进行统计分析,统计各学年献血情况。结果针对非200 mL献血量宣传后,2016~2017学年、2017~2018学年、2018~2019学年各学年献血者的人均献血量分别提升28.80%、34.06%和31.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);调整团体献血活动时间后,2017~2018学年和2018~2019学年的在校学生献血率分别提升3.23%和6.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针对新生宣传招募后,2019~2020上半学年新生献血率较前同期提升6.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究时间内各学年总献血人数和献血量呈上升趋势。结论3种有针对性措施对大学生无偿献血宣传招募成效显著,可为同行提供参考。
Objective To explore the effect of three targeted measures on publicity and recruitment through the analysis of the situation of unpaid blood donation by college students.Methods To analyze the changes in the per capita blood donation volume of blood donors,the blood donation rate of school students and the blood donation rate of new students before and after the implementation of the measures,and the statistics of blood donation in each academic year.Results After the promotion of non-200 mL blood donation volume,the per capita blood donation volume of blood donors in the 2016-2017 academic years,2017-2018 academic years,and 2018-2019 academic years increased by 28.80%,34.06%and 31.53%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);adjusted group blood donation after the activity time,the blood donation rate of students in the 2017-2018 academic year and 2018-2019 academic year increased by 3.23%and 6.40%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the recruitment of new students,the blood donation rate of new students in the first half of 2019-2020 was compared with the same period before increased by 6.26%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total number of blood donations and blood donations in each academic year during the study period showed an upward trend.Conclusion The three targeted measures have significant effects on the publicity and recruitment of unpaid blood donation for college students,and they can provide references for colleagues.
